Allergen testing


Since the changes to the Food Information Regulations, food businesses must provide information about the allergenic ingredients in any food they sell or provide. There are 14 major allergens which need to  be stated on a label, on menus, charts or specified orally by members of staff.  

SYNLAB has invested in a state of the art Molecular Biology Department to help customers test their products, environmental swabs and raw ingredients to ensure their brand and consumers are protected.
