Can I submit a speculative application?

Can I apply for more than one position?

Yes. Applicants may apply for more than one position if you believe that you have the skills and experience required for the role.

What selection process will I go through?

All shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview with two managers from the specific business area applied for. Depending on the particular role, a further interview and assessment may be required.   


How will I find out if I have been successful in the application process?

Feedback will be provided to individuals that have attended interview. However we are unable to provide feedback at the CV submission stage due to the high volume of applications we receive. We always reply to short-listed candidates within four weeks and typically much sooner so if you have not heard back from us within this timescale unfortunately you have not been successful in your application.


How long will my application stay on file?

All applications will be kept on file for 6 months and therefore may be considered for other suitable positions that arise within that time.


Will I know if you have received by application?

On submission of your CV or application form to the Jobs1 email address, you will receive an automated response acknowledging the receipt of your application.


Do you offer a graduate program?

We do not offer a graduate training program, however we do recruit graduates for many of our roles and we do provide individual development plans and offer training across a broad range of skills.
