ALcontrol Food is unique in that it is able to combine local knowledge of a smaller testing facility with the ability to pass on all the cost efficiencies and economies of scale of the larger laboratories.Each of our sites has a dedicated refrigerated transport fleet enabling them to serve the local region whilst working together to be able to offer the most reliable, sustainable service in the British Isles.
Each site has its own manager, customer and operations support staff and teams of highly qualified and experienced technical staff who can call on the support of the central team at any time. In addition, they can also call upon the expertise of any of our European colleagues should the need arise.Through each laboratory we cover the whole of the UK. We aim to be within 2 hours travel time of all our customers enabling us to provide prompt collections and a speedy turnaround of results. The team is responsible for ensuring all aspects of our service are delivered as agreed and each customer services and laboratory has full autonomy to provide a tailored service.
